• Items damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement.

3. Return & Replacement Process

    Provide the order ID, product details, and reason for return along with clear images of the issue (if applicable).

    Step 2: Verification & Approval
    Our team will verify the return request and confirm eligibility.

    Step 3: Shipping the Product   
    Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
    Send the package to the return address provided by our team.
    Shipping charges for returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind) will be borne by the customer.

    Step 4: Replacement or Refund 
    The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:
    Products damaged due to customer negligence.
    Items without original packaging or accessories.
    Items cannot be returned beyond the 3-day window from its delivery.
